若い人はその時代に足りないものに対してハングリー。今の経営者や管理職の人は若い時、お金やモノに対してハングリーだった。今の若者は共感や社会を良くしたいとの思いに対してハングリーだ。上の世代が「若者に元気がない」と感じるのは、自分たちがかつて渇望したものを今の若者が求めないからだ。
